Gite rental
Logement loué : résiliation du bail
We rented a gite for six months but left after just two as we purchased a house. We had lots of issues within that time (mice, damp, toilets overflowing, etc) so we wrote to the owners saying that we would continue with the contract but not pay the last 2 weeks. They have had the keys returned and are now re-advertising the gite for rent. They are now also threatening us with legal action for the last £350. What an we do?
